Easter Week Brunch on the Creek
March 30 – April 6
If you’re searching for the best brunch in Mount Pleasant, this is for you. We’re serving up brunch favorites all week long:
Southern Style Breakfast Sliders
Cinnamon Sugar Beignets
Crab Benedict
Traditional Southern SWC Grit Bowl
Breakfast Burger
These savory and sweet plates are perfect for slow mornings and sunny afternoons on the water. Pair ‘em with a Bloody Mary (or a whole pitcher), try a Shark Attack, and settle in for a laid-back start to your day on Shem Creek.

Lūʻau on the Creek
Saturday, April 18
We’re bringing island vibes to the creek. Expect Island Active lager buckets, tiki torches lighting up the patio, your very own lei and a whole hog roasting on the waterfront patio. Wear your best Hawaiian shirt and get ready to party. The drinks will be cold, the scene will be set, and we’ll be operating on Island time.
High Tides & Chill Vibes
Monday, April 20
Pass on the puff and sip with us instead this 4/20! Saltwater Cowboys will be the first spot on the creek to launch the hottest new THC drink, The Weed Whacker slush—served frozen and ready for a laid-back afternoon. Hang out in any of our open-air spaces, grab a High Rise canned beverage and enjoy cornhole with creek views. Worried you’ll get the munchies? The Wagon’s got you covered with bites best enjoyed on site or to-go!
Special Guest on the Creek
Friday, April 24
Saltwater Cowboys will host a watch party featuring South Carolina's Lieutenant Governor Pamela Evette. It’s a unique chance to be part of something happening right here on Shem Creek. Of course, you can also enjoy great food, drinks and waterfront views.
College of Charleston Graduation Week
Last Week of April
Graduation season is here, and Shem Creek is the place to celebrate. Whether you’re toasting a graduate or just soaking up the energy, it’s one of the best times to be at a waterfront restaurant in Charleston.
P.S. We’re also hiring! If you’re a CoC graduate who is looking to stay local, Saltwater Cowboys could be the new home you’re looking for. Seasonal and long-term positions are perfect for grads looking for work with a great team and even better views. Click here to view our current openings.
And stay tuned for more SWC events in May!
