At Saltwater Cowboys, we believe every celebration deserves bold flavors and Southern flair. Our private event menus are served buffet style and built around crowd-pleasing favorites—from smoked meats and seafood to Lowcountry sides and signature starters. With flexible packages and plenty of options to customize, you can build the perfect spread for your group, no matter the size or occasion. Package Options

Small – $35 per person
Includes: 2 Appetizers, 1 Entrée, 1 Side

Medium – $55 per person
Includes: 2 Appetizers, 2 Entrées, 2 Sides

Large – $70 per person
Includes: 3 Appetizers, 3 Entrées, 3 Sides

 

PRIVATE EVENT MENU OPTIONS

 

Appetizers

  • Fried Green Tomatoes – with pimento cheese & strawberry bacon jam

  • Pretzel Bites – choice of queso or horseradish mustard

  • Crispy Brussels Sprouts – tossed in ginger soy with Sriracha aioli

  • Fried Pickles – served with housemade buttermilk ranch

  • Peel & Eat Shrimp – chilled with cocktail sauce & lemon

  • Smoked Wings – buttermilk ranch or blue cheese (add $1 per person for dry rubs: ranch, buffalo, tajin, Old Bay)

  • Nachos – queso, pico, sour cream, jalapeños, black beans

    • Add pulled pork or chicken: +$2 per person

    • Add brisket: +$4 per person

  • BBQ Sliders – pulled pork on Hawaiian rolls

    • Add coleslaw: +$1 per person
